● Any offline store?
Sadly, we do not have any offline store or showroom currently.
The biggest reason is our design is 1:1 handmade design. To us, it is not easy to fit the needs at offline store environment.
● How about showroom?
Having a showroom is a lot of extra cost (interior, staff, rental, electricity, etc), so the raise of price is can't avoid.
Also, current situation is we don't think it is a good idea of having a place that many people can contact.
● Can I do self-collection?
So far, due to safety reason we don't have a specific plan for this.
If we have a plan for this will let you know again!
● How about visit the office?
Not possible for same reason. And our working time is very flexible. It can be close earlier or very late. The location also not easy to find, we worry you come here and lost. Even we order delivery food quite many times they call use that can't find the unit 😂
● Then how?
We understand that you want to see and touch the real design. And some of the reason will be need the jewellery urgently.
But consider the time to travel down to the place, walk around and going back to home, shopping online will be faster & affordable
Also, we provide all the details of each design. Clear photo, video, size measurement, model worn photo, descriptions that mostly don't provide.
And most of our review is the design is much prettier than photo 😂
(We always try our best to take similar to our real piece!)
