How To Amend Order?

● Already placed an order but I want to amend, how to amend?

All our orders are able to amend until before we pack your order.
Generally, the packing will start after few min~2h.
Before we seal the items is still available to amend the order.
Our packaging is completely sealed, in the case of we need to open again the sealed label is broke. Due to that reason, we can't support after we pack. 

* if you applied discount code it will be quite tough to amend due to system.

Currently, our website doesn't have a function to amend discount applied order. 😢



 Before packing the order

We can support your amend request! Please contact us ASAP before we pack your order. It will be generally within few min~2h after place the order.
After this timeline high chance already packed even before receive the tracking number. 

1. Contact us with your (1) Order number / ordered name / email address that placed the order.

2. And (2) how you want to amend. Then we can track your order. 

3. We will update you the amended invoice via email that you can check the orders and if charged the difference you can complete the payment from there.

Sadly, we really wanted to assist you but, we can't help to amend the order due to the items are not with us 🥺

And when you place an order you are already agreed with our policy and T&C side again! We are strictly following that.
